This questionnaire is used strictly to get to know my potential new puppy owners! Please answer honestly and as thoroughly as possible. These questions are not designed to be "deal breakers", but to give me as much information as possible to help you find the perfect puppy. I may contact you to discuss some answers to further understand your situation. Please go over the various pages found within the Puppies Tab. 1. What level of drive are you looking for in a puppy (high, medium, low)?

2. Have you ever owned Border Collies or other herding breeds?

3. Do you have a gender preference?

4. Do you have any other pets at this time? Tell me about them!

5. Do you plan to crate train your puppy?

6. Do you plan on enrolling your puppy in obedience classes?

7. How long will the puppy be left alone during the day?

8. Do you have any preferences for color or coat type?

9. Do you have any sports plans for your puppy, such as flyball, agility etc? 

10. Are you willing to return the puppy if you are no longer able to care for them?

11. Are you willing to spay/neuter your puppy? If no, please explain.
12. What type of housing do you live in? House, condo, apartment etc, rented or owned?

13. Will your pup be an outside or inside dog?

14. What do you plan on feeding your puppy/what do you feed your existing dogs? (kibble, raw, prey model, etc.)

15. How do you plan to exercise your new puppy? 

16. Are you willing to send me updates about your pup? We love getting pictures!
